How to purchase a game?
There are two ways to buy a game. 1) Click the ‘Buy now’ button on the trial window that comes up when you start the game. This will open a web page to the shopping cart section of our site. You will need to proceed through checkout to complete the purchase. 2) Go to the game page on the website and click the ‘Buy’ button on this page. You will need to proceed through checkout to complete the purchase. For the majority of our games, the registration key is sent by e-mail as soon as you complete your order. Usually, it is located at the very bottom of the message, so please read the entire e-mail attentively. Enter the key according to the instructions included in the email into the registration window of the demo version, and it will be upgraded to a full version. Please save your registration key (or the e-mail containing it) in a safe location. If you decide to reinstall the game, you will be able to use it again.

I have problems with downloading the game after I have purchased it, what to do?
If you purchase a game you get a link and activation code sent by email. You can click the link in the email to download the game. You can download the game 3 times within 2 weeks time. If you get the message “the file could not be found” it is possible the file is already downloaded 3 times, or the 2 weeks have passed. To get a working download link you need to send us an email with the ordernumber of your game.

I have problems with activating the game, what to do?
You get an activation name and code in an email. The game must be activated by copying the name and the activation code in the right fields. You need to copy the name and activation code exactly as given in the email, the activation is case sensitive.
