If you have Windows XP, disable the Control Panel in XP firewall system settings. To do this, just press the following directions:
1. Click the Start button (lower left corner of the desktop lower right corner). Go to: Start, Settings, Control Panel.
2. Double-click Network and Internet Connections, and then click Network Connections.
3. Right-click the connection you want to disable the firewall, and then click Properties.
